It has been one quiet week around here you guys…my apologies! I arrived back to the states from a month abroad, a 30 hour “hello” to family in Denver, and a brief weekend escapade in Lake Tahoe before returning to Seattle and my new house on Tuesday. To say I was tired and discombobulated would be a severe understatement. I woke that first morning at our new house, a tad unsettled (it’s always hard seeing all of your belongings tucked away in boxes, knowing the process ahead of you – you’re filled with excitement for new beginnings, yet sheer panic at the amount of hours of unpacking & organizing ahead of you). I spent most of Tuesday letting my feet settle on the ground a bit, and then got all jazzed about decorating and spent all day Wednesday nailing things to walls, potting plants for our front stoop and styling up our place. My office and our living room became slightly habitable that day…yay!!

Our house is sloooowwlly coming together and with another trip set for Thursday, it has just been tough to check in here at the good ol’ blog. BUT I figured I’d leave you to start your weekend with some more photos from my European adventures (I had no idea how many photos I took in Prague!) so a part one start today, and a follow-up next week. I also have some more yummy FF recipes coming next week too (sorry for the delay and stay tuned…they’re GOOD GOOD GOOD)!

Happiest of weekends to you dear friends. I’ll be spending mine celebrating my lovely friend¬†Nicole¬†and her adorable Nate as they tie the knot this weekend in balmy Palm Springs. I’ve wanted to visit this desert oasis ever since I was a little kiddo, so I’m super excited to head out exploring today!

And now for Prague…

such beautiful photos! sounds like you’re very busy in lovely ways — have fun with it!!

Hi! Love your blog. I recently moved to Prague, and you simply HAVE TO eat at Lehka Hlava and Maitrea down in the old town. Simply the most amazing vegetarian restaurants I have ever eaten at!
