It’s been a long time coming sharing these Australia pictures now hasn’t it? Good grief! I don’t know what it is, but if I don’t blog travel pics as they are happening it takes me such a long while to actually get them up on the blog, as work/life etc. always seems to get in the way and take priority.
I’ve mentioned it before, but our trip to Australia this past December was absolutely amazing. Incredibly refreshing, relaxing and a reminder of those things that are most important in life. I’m so grateful to have a man in by my side who values travel as much as I do. And although it wasn’t necessarily the “responsible” thing to jet set to a far off land right before the holidays, heading to Australia couldn’t have come at a better time.
I’ve never really been away from “home” that close to Christmas, and the warm summer season was quite a shock to our already hibernate winter bodies. Adam loved Sydney most. Me of course Melbourne. We both LOVED our time in the Macedon Mountains with our new friends Jayden & Caroline. Overall the trip created some beautiful and lasting memories, and I hope by sharing these snippets from my iPhone you can catch a glimpse into the beauty of this wonderful place down under.
